Do I have to buy the robots?
No. Robots are leased monthly per unit. You can add or return units as your route grows or changes with the season.
Who owns the customer?
You do. You set the price, sign the homeowner and keep the relationship. UpClean supplies the equipment, software and support behind you.
What kinds of yards qualify?
Most suburban lawns with reasonable slopes and cellular coverage. You confirm on the install visit; FleetOS flags anything unusual.
What if a robot is stolen from a customer’s yard?
Every unit has independent cellular GPS, locks when it leaves its geofence and is covered by theft insurance under the lease.
Can I use the same robots on commercial jobs?
Yes. Commercial units run on campuses, HOAs and office parks you already service, managed in the same FleetOS account.
